Wave Soccer Club expands leadership team with two key hires to enhance player and technical development
EAGAN, MN – Wave Soccer Club is proud to announce the appointments of Chris Brady as Technical Director and Mo Ali as Director of Player Development. These strategic additions to the leadership team underscore Wave SC’s commitment to nurturing young talent and providing the best possible environment for player growth within the club and the broader community.
Chris Brady, an experienced coach with a USSF C License and a background in collegiate soccer, assumes the role of Technical Director. He brings a passion for creating fun, competitive, and development-focused environments. Brady’s responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Director of Coaching (DOC) with age group training, games, and tournaments
- Co-managing the Wave Juniors program
- Assisting the DOC in implementing the WSC youth player development strategy and curriculum
- Overseeing coach education and development
Mo Ali joins Wave SC as the Director of Player Development. This role focuses on the comprehensive growth of athletes, both within the sport and in life beyond it. Ali’s duties will involve:
- Assisting with age group trainings, games, and tournaments
- Leading Winter Pool Trainings and Clinics
- Collaborating with the DOC on implementing the youth player development strategy and curriculum
- Co-managing the Wave Juniors program
