Helping Make Competitive Soccer More Accessible

Wave Soccer Club is committed to providing opportunities for players to participate in our competitive soccer programs. Limited financial assistance is available to families who demonstrate financial need.

Eligibility

Financial assistance is available only for Wave Soccer Club competitive programs.

Financial assistance is not currently available for:

  • Recreational Programs

  • Juniors Programs

  • Camps

  • Any other non-competitive programming

How to Apply

Applications for financial assistance must be completed during the registration process in PlayMetrics.

Please note:

  • Financial assistance applications submitted outside of the PlayMetrics registration process may be delayed or denied.

  • Funding is limited and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Once all available funds have been awarded, no additional financial assistance can be provided.

Award Information

Eligible families may receive up to 50% of registration fees.

The following expenses are not eligible for financial assistance:

  • Tryout fees

  • Tournament fees

  • Team fees

  • Uniform and apparel costs

  • Travel expenses

  • Non-competitive programs (Recreation, Juniors, and Camps)

Financial Assistance Application Questions

During registration, applicants will be asked to provide the following information:

Government Assistance

Does your family currently qualify for or participate in any of the following programs?

  • SNAP

  • Medicaid

  • WIC

  • Housing Assistance Programs

  • Supplemental Security Income (SSI)

  • Other government assistance programs

Applicants will also be asked to upload documentation verifying participation in one or more of these programs.

Household Information

Please provide:

  • Total number of people living in your household

  • Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) reported on your 2025 federal tax return

Has your child previously received financial assistance from Wave Soccer Club?

Statement of Need

Please provide a brief explanation describing why your family is requesting financial assistance.

Important Information

  • Financial assistance is awarded based on demonstrated financial need.

  • Submission of an application does not guarantee an award.

  • All information submitted will be reviewed confidentially.

  • Families will be notified of their award after the application review process is complete.
