Strengthening Leadership at Wave Soccer Club in Eagan, Minnesota
Wave Soccer Club is proud to announce the hiring of Joe Voeller as the club’s new Director of Coaching (DOC), bringing more than two decades of playing, coaching, and leadership experience across youth, high school, collegiate, and semi-professional soccer.
Joe joins Wave SC with an extensive background directing and developing programs throughout Minnesota. Most recently, he served as Rec & Junior Academy Director at Lakeville Soccer Club, where he oversaw and organized a program of more than 1,000 players. Prior to Lakeville, Joe was Executive Director of Tonka Fusion Elite, coaching within the Girls Academy and overseeing the boys program competing in the Elite Academy.

Joe’s passion for teaching the game is reflected in his extensive coaching education. He holds numerous certifications from United Soccer Coaches, including the Premier Diploma, Director of Coaching Diploma, and Level 1 Futsal Diploma.
Outside of soccer, Joe enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and two sons.
